I was one of those kids who sat watching Bob Vila and This Old House with my dad every Saturday. Ever since then I've been hooked on design, color, and beautiful spaces, waaayy before HGTV.  Even though my professional life has been health and wellness focused, I have followed trends over the past 3 decades and honed my color instincts.

As such, I'm a Zillow fanatic! As I have searched through thousands of homes over the years, I found myself saying "WHY WHY WHY would you paint a room this color??" or "This just doesn't look right. Something about this space is off," or "Why for Pete's sake would you remodel a kitchen and choose that ("that" could be the location of the stove, floor choice, cabinet color, etc).  If you have spent any time looking at houses, I'm sure these thoughts have crossed your mind, too.  It doesn't matter if they are small or big, on the low end or millions of dollars.  The right color looks right, and the wrong color, looks wrong and bothers the eye. This not only affects your bank account, it affects your brain.

I believe health and wellness are influenced by the space we inhabit. It's a reflection of who we are stylistically, AND it can also create (and reflect) our state of mind (i.e. chaotic, anxious, unclear or calm, inviting, clarity).  

My aim in helping you choose the perfect colors for your home or investment property is to create inviting spaces that inspire clarity and peace.  In this crazy world we live, we need a sanctuary we can call our own.  

 

If you are an investor developing properties you may think you know what you are doing, but I am here to say I've seen a lot of bad choices made by flippers which costs you money by not getting top dollar for your property.  I don't care if gray is a trend.  Doing an entire house gray is depressing!
